In this series, all videos are housed together, easily accessed and yours for lifetime. These are my Signature classes, because I created my own framework for the class structure. Not only will you learn massage techniques, but you incorporate movement - stretches & strength exercises that help you increase awareness, massage the 'tight' spots, regulate your nervous system, and reduce stress.
You will feel like a whole new person after each class. How do I know? Because students who take these classes tell me just that!
PURCHASE NOW**These are my Signature classes which give you the power to resolve your body's needs and teach you the techniques to help you feel amazing. These classes address your body’s needs, aid in recovery, and create a sense of calm in your body.
In each class we'll use a pair of balls (either Yoga Tune Up Classic or Plus size balls OR a pair of tennis balls & a sock). Each class may use additional props (i.e. blocks, straps, blankets).
1-1 Private Sessions

Have you ever thought, “Why would I commit to private yoga sessions when I can just go to a studio and take classes?” I hear ya, but group classes are not appropriate for everyone.
One-on-one sessions offer the space and time so that you can talk with me directly, ask me specific questions pertaining to your body, dive deeper into the practice, and tailor sessions to your needs.
I am a Master yoga teacher, and while that might sound intimidating, it’s exactly what you should be looking for in a teacher. With over 2000 hours in training in yoga and human movement, multiple advanced yoga teacher trainings under my belt, and years of experience educating students and training teachers in anatomy / exercise science and yoga biomechanics, I am uniquely qualified to address your every need.
With a rich history of serving private clients, I have worked with beginners, intermediate and advanced students. After years of study and working with injured bodies and older / aging bodies, as well as experiencing multiple yoga-related injuries, I have cultivated a deep understanding of how to craft sessions that will keep you safe, strong, and healthy.
